WHAT SHOES CAN THEY BE ADDED TO?
This design has initially been stitched onto the shoes in the listing photo, but we can add them to most shoe types with a little tweaking. Just drop us a message If you want a design added to a shoe type different to the one listed and we can discuss and draw out a sample for you.
We can work on new or pre-worn shoes in good condition.
 
SHOE SUPPLY OPTIONS
 
Option 1 - SENDING YOUR OWN SHOES
You can buy shoes to send to me if you would like to try them on for size first. This is ideal if you haven’t worn the shoe type before and want to get a feel for them. Wear them a little before sending them to me if you would like. Also, this is great if you get special workplace discounts on shoes or if you see them in a sale.
 
Option 2 - WE BUY AND SUPPLY THE SHOES
If I am buying the shoes, provide the shoe size and confirm whether it is EU, UK or US (men's/women's) sizes.
If you are sending shoes to me then I will provide my postal address once you have placed your order. I am in the UK so for worldwide orders it may work out more cost effective for me to purchase the shoes on your behalf.
 
WHERE DO WE BUY THE SHOES
All shoes are purchased through official channels and are official branded designs.
Vans are purchased through Vans.co.uk or only suppliers such as Very, ASOS, Rubbersole, JD Sports etc.
Converse are purchased through Converse.co.uk and other high street brands such as Very, ASOS and Allsole
Brands like Superga, Toms and Bob’s are ordered from official online suppliers.
Shoes will arrive in branded boxes where applicable.
 
SHOE SIZES
 Please ensure that the correct size is requested in the notes section as I cannot refund custom orders if the size is not correct once I have sewn it.
 
MAKING TIME:
Making time can be anywhere from 3-10 weeks depending on my workload and design complexity. The times changes during the year. January to August are busier and leading up to Christmas quieter. If you are getting married in March for example, take advantage of the quieter times in October/November to place your order. My order book fills up quick in January.
I update the home page with the current lead times so make sure to check that before placing an order or drop me a message to double check.
 
SHIPPING ALLOWANCES
Allow an extra 2 weeks before you need to wear them so that I can make sure that there are no postal delays etc. Allow 4-6 weeks for US orders so that we can make sure that they arrive safely in time.
SHIPPING
UK shipping is Royal Mail 1st Class signed (1-3 days). You can upgrade to Special Delivery.
US shipping is UPS (4-5 day delivery) for shoes. This is a door to door service.
Non-EU shipping (including Canada and Australia) is by courier (chosen at point of shipping).
Due to GSPR laws I can no longer ship to EU countries and Northern Ireland. I can however ship to your family or friends in the UK to be sent onwards by them.
ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES and FEES are paid for by the buyer. Please check with your local authorities or investigate online before purchasing.
 
DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS
When you place your order, I will send over a confirmation date for completion. Normally this is a range of 2-3 days. This is dedicated time to make your shoes.
DESIGN INFO:
I use a mix of DMC and ANCHOR embroidery threads (and also silk ribbons if requested).
 
DROP DOWN MENU OPTIONS:
Choose from two sides (embroidery on the two outside panels of the shoes) or four sides (all four sides of the shoes mirrored - both sides of left and right shoe).
 
***** Choose from sewing only - pay for just the embroidery and send your shoes to me. Alternatively, choose ‘we supply’  if you would like me to order the shoes on your behalf and sew onto them. Please ensure you have tried the same shoes on in a shop so that you are sure that the size and fit will work for you.
