If I am buying the shoes, provide the shoe size and confirm whether it is EU, UK or US (men's/women's) sizes.

If you are sending shoes to me then I will provide my postal address once you have placed your order. I am in the UK so for worldwide orders it may work out more cost effective for me to purchase the shoes on your behalf.

MAKING TIME:

Making time can be up to 8-10 weeks depending on my workload and design complexity and I will advise before you purchase. I also send order confirmations which firm up the making dates. I am unable to take orders with a shorter lead time. Typically if I am ordering the shoes it takes around one week for delivery of the shoes and materials and then your order is booked into my making calender which contains 3-5 pairs per week.

DESIGN INFO:

If you decide to have this design on a shoe other than the shoe in the listing photos, I may need to move the placement around slightly but the design with still have the same flowers, colours and overall design

Please ensure that the correct size is requested in the notes section as I cannot refund custom orders if the size is not correct once I have sewn it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Full length designs (back of shoe to rubber front section) are only available on shoes with laces as I remove the laces fully to work on the design as far forward as I can. Shorter designs for lace free vans etc are possible and I can work with you to add a design around the back edge and some way down the front. This is totally dependent on shoe type and we can discuss.**Please note that I add watermarks to some of my photos to stop my photos being stolen. If you see my name on the shoes in the listing photos, please be aware that this is just for listing/selling purposes and this will not appear on the actual shoe!**
